Let's sort the wood from the trees!

I love helping authors develop their stories and writing skills.

If you think I can help you or if you're not sure and have questions, do get in touch via the contact form below. I'd love to hear from you.

Courses and Training

Honing My Craft

I'm a graduate of the highly regarded Golden Egg Academy for children's authors and I thrived on their detailed and rigorous development process.

I have attended many craft development courses, notably John Yorke's Advanced Story Structure for Multi-Protagonist Series. I love structure!

I've written 8 books, starting my ninth, and over the last fifteen years have read, reviewed and fed back on writer friends' novels and worked with them on various projects.

I understand that writing is very personal and I will always give you kind, respectful feedback which you can put into action. Where your writing is wonderful, I'll let you know that too!

Thanks for submitting, I'll get back to you very soon!

My Top Writing Tips and Craft Books

You ARE a WRITER (Oh yes you are!)

Author Photo Interior.jpg
It took me a long time to give myself permission to be a writer, to call myself an author. I had to work hard on my mindset and break through this barrier. You don't need permission. If you feel like you do, have it from me, you are a writer! The world needs your work and to benefit from your unique perspective.
